¿Por qué Clocky es mejor que la alarma de un smartphone?

Un estudio reciente reveló que 1 de cada 4 personas que usan la alarma de su smartphone ¡se quedan dormidas!
Los smartphones hacen que sea muy fácil presionar “snooze” o incluso apagar la alarma antes de levantarte. ¿Cómo salta y corre Clocky?

Puedes activar las ruedas de Clocky para que, cuando suene la alarma, salte de tu mesa de noche y corra de forma aleatoria por tu habitación.
También puedes configurarlo para que se quede en su lugar y usarlo como un despertador tradicional.
¿Puedo usar Clocky con snooze como un despertador normal?

¡Sí! Puedes usar el snooze una sola vez si así lo deseas, o desactivarlo por completo.
Clocky solo correrá después de usar el snooze (si lo tienes activado). Limitar el número de repeticiones evita la somnolencia causada por presionar snooze repetidamente.
También puedes configurarlo para que no se mueva y usarlo como un despertador normal.
¿Clocky es bueno para personas con sueño pesado?

Usa baterías nuevas: utiliza únicamente baterías de litio Duracell nuevas, debido a variaciones de tamaño con otras marcas.
No recomendamos baterías alcalinas.

Para reiniciar tu Clocky, sigue estos pasos:

To ensure that Clocky's display does not reset:
Use new batteries: Instead of Alkaline batteries, it is best to use Duracell Lithium batteries because of size variations with other brands.
Check battery door: Ensure that the battery door is screwed on tightly.
Try Demo mode:Test the movement (and let Clocky run off your nightstand) by using demo mode. Press the A and T buttons on the top simultaneously to operate the test mode. The wheels will start to move.

How do I get Clocky to move?

Set up Alarm time: First, set the alarm time by pressing the 'a' button. Make sure that the alarm is turned on using the button on Clocky's face. You can confirm it is on by looking for the corresponding icon on the display. Note that by default, Clocky uses a 12-hour (AM / PM) display.
Turn on Wheels: Make sure the wheels button is turned on. When turned on, you will see a wheel icon on the display.
Check Snooze Time: Check the snooze time by pressing the 'a' button twice rapidly. If it is set to 0, then your Clocky will run as soon as the alarm sounds (no snoozing allowed!). If it is set to 1-9, you can snooze one time for 1-9 minutes. Your Clocky will not move until after you have pressed snooze once and those minutes have passed.

Can I snooze Clocky?

Important! Make sure that the wheels button is turned on if you want Clocky to move. When turned on, a wheel icon will appear on the display. Your snooze button is disabled by default. That means that your Clocky will run away as soon as the alarm sounds. When you go into the snooze time screen, the snooze minutes will display as 0. However, your Clocky will allow you to snooze one time if you want to. If your snooze time is set to 1 or any higher number, then you can hit snooze once and your Clocky will run after the set number of snooze minutes have passed (1-9 minutes).

- Press the 'a' button twice rapidly. The snooze time is usually set to a 0 minute default.
- Press the 'm' button to choose your desired number of snooze minutes. 0, 1, 2, etc. can be chosen.
- If 0 is chosen, the snooze button will be disabled.
- To leave this mode, press the 'a' button again or just wait for the current time screen to resume.

Are Clocky's wheels supposed to be loose?

Clocky’s wheels should be loose! They are engineered that way so that there is give when the unit falls to the floor.
Can I change Clocky from a 12 to a 24-hour clock?

Clocky can be set to display your time in either the 24-hour mode or the 12-hour mode. To set your Clocky to the 24-hour mode, press and hold the T button for 3 seconds. If you are currently in 12-hour mode and the current time is in PM hours, then the screen will change to the corresponding 24-hour time.
If you are in the 12-hour mode and your clock is set to one of the AM hours, you will not see a change when you switch into 24-hour mode.
If you are in the 12-hour mode and your clock is set to one of the AM hours, you will not see a change when you switch into 24-hour mode.

We ship your Clocky within 1-3 days depending on the shipping option you choose on checkout! For orders outside the US, it can take 2-3 weeks.

No, shipping is 100% free for US orders!
I'm outside the US- how much do I have to pay for shipping?

It will depend on your countries legal import duties, but you can see the total on checkout! For some countries, you may have to pay shipping + import duties separately. You pay shipping on checkout and the shipping carrier will send you an invoice for the duties after you receive your order.

I ordered Clocky. How do I know where he is?

You will receive two emails from us: one right after your order is placed, confirming everything is right and the another one with the tracking number.
My Clocky has a problem/I changed my mind- how do I return him?

You should email us to team@clocky.com and we'll help you fix your Clocky or give you return instructions and address. (as long as it's within our return period of 30 days).
Do I pay for returns?

Yes. Shipping and returns are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please send us the tracking information at team@clocky.com once you’ve shipped your Clocky back within the return window.
What is your warranty period?
