CLOCKY IS NOT RUNNING CORRECTLY

It is best to use new US branded Lithium batteries because of size variations with other brands.  

CHANGING CLOCKY FROM 12-24 HOUR OR 24-12 HOUR FORMAT

Clocky can be set to display your time in either the 24 hour mode or the 12 hour mode.  To set your Clocky to the 24 hour mode, press and hold the T button for 3 seconds.

If you are currently in the 12 hour mode and your clock is set to one of the PM hours, when you press and hold the T button, you will see a change on the screen to the corresponding 24 hour time.

If you are in the 12 hour mode and your clock is set to one of the AM hours, you will not see a change when you switch into 24 hour mode.  

Please make sure you are in one of the PM hours when you press and hold the T button.

CLOCKY IS NOT TURNING ON 

To reset your Clocky, follow these steps:

Use new batteries:  What brand of battery are you using?  Please try using new lithium batteries with your Clocky. We have found it is best to use an American brand (Duracell or of Lithium batteries because of size variations with other brands.

Check Polarity: Make sure the batteries are inserted with the correct polarity. Clocky's polarity is different from other devices. You may try removing and re-inserting the batteries.

Check battery door: In addition, make sure that the battery door is screwed on tightly.

Try Demo mode: Press the A and T buttons on the top simultaneously to operate the test mode. The wheels will start to move.

CLOCKY’S WHEELS ARE NOT MOVING

Turn on Wheels: Make sure the wheels button is turned on (on face of clocky). When turned on, you will see a wheel icon on the display.

Check Snooze Time: You can also check the snooze time on your Clocky. If your snooze time is set to 0, then your Clocky will run as soon as the alarm sounds. If it is set to 1-9 then the snooze button has to be pressed once and your Clocky will run after the number of minutes has passed.

Try Demo mode: Press the A and T buttons on the top simultaneously to operate the test mode. The wheels will start to move.

CLOCKY’S WHEELS SEEM LOOSE

The wheels are made loose on purpose.  They are engineered that way so that there is give when the unit falls to the floor.
